Boca Raton, FL – Expense To Profit has joined 1% for the Planet, committing to donate 1% of annual sales to support environmental organizations focused on the environment.
In 2020, Expense To Profit implemented the Impact Fund aspect of our business to not just help our clients, but invest in their communities as well. To date we have donated over $539,000 to non-profit organizations of all types with another $348,000 expected to be donated by the end of the year. Considering our history of investment and 1% for the Planets business model our partnership almost seemed inevitable.
‘Currently, only 3% of total philanthropy goes to the environment and, only 5% of that comes from businesses. The planet needs bigger support than this, and our growing network of business members are doing vital work to increase giving and support on-the-ground action. By contributing 1% of their annual sales, thousands of 1% for the Planet members have raised over $700 million in funding to support environmental partners around the globe.
